So often we create these to do lists and think of ways to make everything work. We try pomodoro timers, to do lists, bullet journals, and it seems like the list is still growing! Felt this way before? You’re not alone at all. We’ve tried some of those methods as well and have found that a general daily to do list based on time blocks helps us the best.

Productivity Hack #1: Break your to do tasks into 15 minute, 30 minute, and 1 hour blocks. Group them based on time and not what you need to get done. As you have breaks in your day, fill it in with the timed tasks. The tasks that are a higher priority should be placed in the earlier available blocks. Be mindful of scheduling tasks that take 1+ hour in the 1 hour block. You want to make sure that you have ample time to complete it and relax a bit (5-15 minutes).
